As the personal liaison in your community, our account managers are there to assist with any questions or needs, including product tutorials, help with troubleshooting, or scheduling a service call for new installations.

Through the Fision® Home division, Hotwire Communications provides customized, bundled triple-play telecommunications services to HOAs, condominium associations, and luxury apartments. Hotwire Communications builds a multi-gigabit Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) infrastructure throughout each community and is awarded a long-term contract to provide Fision® TV, Fision® Internet, Fision® Voice and Fision® Security in bulk directly to the association.
Hotwire Communications® has the right to exclusively market its communications services to you and other residents of your property, per an exclusive marketing arrangement.
This right does not mean that Hotwire Communications® is the only entity that can provide these services and service from an alternative provider may be available.
